Busy Law office seeking experienced bookkeeper to start immediately. Position is full time/part time; pay will be based on experience.
Duties include:
Payroll:
Tracking employee hours
Calculate pay deductions and 401K contributions
Process payroll taxes and payment of employee benefits
Maintain employee and payroll records
Bookkeeping:
Prepare bank deposits
Balance monthly statements and reconcile accounts
Accounts Payable:
Track expenses
Timely Payment fo accounts payable
Accounts Receivable:
Client billing following industry and client specific procedures and deadlines
Bill platform is LPS specific need experience with the same
Regular follow up on outstanding balances
Applicant must be proficient in Quickbooks, have knowledge of Excel, trustworthy and able to keep confidentiality and able to work unsupervised.
