Seeking a full-time individual with accounting ability along with clerical and phone skills. Must have the ability to multi-task with various Window Computer Programs, ie. Quicken, Word Knowledgeable with Account Payables, filing, organizational skills and phone etiquette are key. Seeking that individual with experience with Word, Quicken and general computer knowledge for a small office setting. Organizational skills are needed to maintain the files and recording of all account payables. Position is within an independent office seeking a full-time position with flexibility, if lesser hours are desired that can be accommodated for the right individual. Salary is commensurate with experience. The position hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
