Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position. Clear communication to team members of expectations. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a project manager/lead position.
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma. Some college preferred.
