Seeking a Community Association Manager to service a portfolio of properties. Candidate must posses a valid Florida CAM license and have experience in the field of Condominium and Homeowner Association management.
Must Have Property Management Experience
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications is a must
Current drivers license and your own reliable transport
Solid communication skills / Organized
Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
Professional presentation
Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations
Provides administrative, operational and managerial advice to Board of Directors
Direct the enforcement of community rules and restrictions
Promote community harmony
Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community
Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to community association (Strongroom)
Help Develop community association budget (work with Board and Accounting Department)
