The ideal dispatcher would have experience in the service trades industry, with a particular focus on plumbing. Customer service is an absolute, along with a pleasant telephone voice. Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary. Experience with Service Titan is invaluable. If you can answer the phone after hours (when required), type well on the keyboard, and above all, have a great attitude, you may have a home here.
