full time position
Monday to Friday with no weekends. 8 to 5 with 1 hour for lunch.
answer incoming calls, make calls to customers, schedule appointments.
automotive knowledge and auto insurance knowledge is a must to apply for this position.
CCC experience a plus.
must be extremely polite with customers in person and over the phone.
be able to take photos and videos with office cell phone and document items.
