Sun State Landscape Management is looking to add a Landscape CAD Drafter/Estimator to our team. If you are interested in working with a small group of talented professionals dedicated to the design, installation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces, then this job may be for you.
Landscape CAD Drafter/Estimator responsibilities:
Create base plans and research zoning and permit requirements
Prepare landscape architectural CAD drawings
Collect and analyze data in order to estimate the time, cost of materials and labor required to complete a project
Use Microsoft software to create proposals
Required Skills:
Ability to read architectural plans, blueprints and technical drawings
Understanding of grades and topography
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent math skills
Ability to independently problem solve
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines on a regular basis
Experience:
CAD: 1 year (Preferred)
Location:
Manatee County, Florida
Typical Hours:
8AM-5PM (Flexible) Monday- Friday with overtime available
