Sky King Fireworks of Sarasota, FL is seeking a year-round Assistant Store Manager. This position will provide crucial support with day to day business operations and aid in various areas of the business such as sales & customer service,training seasonal staff, warehouse management & merchandising showroom. Provide exemplary leadership and support in areas of sales and customer service
Assist in recruiting, scheduling, training and development of seasonal staff
Build valuable relationships with customers to help grow and retain business
Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness and overall appearance of interior and exterior of the store.
Aid in processing shipments, unloading delivery trucks &warehouse inventory management
Checkout customers & record cumulative daily sales numbers
Support and enforce all company policies procedures
All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements:
Part-time hours 25-30 hours week to start- will develop into full-time position (40 hours a week - beginning June 2024)
1-2 years of supervisory or leadershipexperience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically Excel)
Working a minimum of 150-200 overtime hours annually (1.5x hourly rate)
Available to work various shifts (including weekends & various holidays)
Must be available to work extended hours (Overtime) during the months of June, July & December
Ability to walk, stand and lift (up to 60lbs) for extended periods of time
Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Wage $15.00-$19.00
