Who You Are
A hands-on leader, not afraid to get your hands dirty jumping in to help move the needle in production or mentor your team to improve efficiency.
Experienced in assembly and manufacturing as well as in warehousing and distribution. Able to lead team members in either area and provide ideas for continuous improvement.
A strong communicator, well able to convey new ideas and concepts to associates and executives alike, in written, verbal, and presentation (PowerPoint) form.
Proven in your ability to lead and mentor a team to develop future leaders.
Able to handle multiple priorities and projects at once and to balance and plan your day in a way that accomplishes the vital tasks for running the business.
Well-versed in Lean concepts and able to help promote and implement Lean principles throughout the facility.

Background Profile
A minimum of three (3) years of successful management experience which includes supervisory responsibility.
Including experience with both assembly/manufacturing and warehousing/distribution.
Experience leading and coaching a team of direct reports.
Experience managing fiscal reports and budgets, staffing levels, and timekeeping.
Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.
Bachelor's degree, required
