Mechanical Engineer Opportunity NowDescription:
Design, implement and review products and equipment involved in the manufacturing process
Supports the creation of Functional Design Specifications and design verification documentation.
Supports development schedules to on-time delivery of Mechanical design, validation, and release to production.
Perform prototype testing and make recommendations for improvements of new products.
Analyze current production procedures and standards to identify inefficiencies
Provide management with data and statistics to enable management to understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair to keep production equipment operational.
Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control
Ensure the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulations
Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, monitoring personnel and resources, observing control points and equipment, facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process and machinery
Revise procedures by analyzing operating practices and implementing changes as required
Must Have:
5+ years of mechanical engineer experience
Bachelors Degree
Manufacturing background
