- Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of service staff.
- Maintain a professional, guest-focused environment and handle guest concerns promptly.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and side work completion.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Help manage schedules, labor costs, and service standards.
- Uphold cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
