Morton's Gourmet Market in Sarasota is looking for Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate for this job is customer-driven, highly organized, and already has experience in serving customers in a professional high-volume atmosphere.
Job Requirements:
-Ability to multi-task
-Interpersonal skills and experience
-Must have an “aim-to-please approach” with customers.
-Customer Service Oriented
-Retail/Food Experience preferred
-Basic computer skills and superior phone etiquette
-Flexible Schedule- Must be willing to work some evenings (until 8 pm) and weekends.
Responsibilities:
-Manage large amounts of incoming calls, catering, and grocery orders
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
