We’re looking for a reliable and efficient prep person to join our back-of-house team at Allswell, a chef-driven gastropub in downtown Sarasota. This is a morning position—perfect for someone who enjoys early shifts and a steady routine.
Job Description:
Prep ingredients according to daily kitchen needs (produce, proteins, sauces, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station
Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
You Should:
Have at least 1 year of experience of prep in a professional kitchen
Be punctual, consistent, and detail-oriented
Work well independently and with a team
Understand basic food safety and sanitation procedures
Schedule:
Full time morning shifts
Must be available weekdays and weekends
Typically starting between 5-6am
