Experience Required
High School diploma required.
1 year customer service and/or retail experience
Golf knowledge strongly preferred.
Strong organizational aptitude and communication skills. Professionalism and prior experience with POS systems.
Advanced computer skills including Word and Excel as well as excellent written and communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule (Minimum of 24 hours/week and 3 days/week)
Experience with Golf Genius Tournament Software a plus
Prior Golf Operation experience preferred, particularly with JONAS POS and Chelsea Tee Times Booking System
Essential Responsibilities
Demonstrate a working knowledge and conduct opening, interim and closing procedures.
Conduct operations through the POS system (reservations, check-in, processing payments, etc.).
Provide exceptional member/guest service with enthusiasm and a smile.
Provide inventory management assistance to the Merchandiser.
Promote all club activities and services.
Assist the Golf Professionals with tournaments and leagues.
Ability to work with others and as a team.
Perform cleaning duties in the Golf Shop as needed.
