We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a key member of our restaurant, you will contribute to providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere .
Duties
-Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
-Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing recommendations when needed.
-Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
-Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and service stations.
-Handle cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to restaurant policies.
-Assembling and packing orders for takeaway and delivery.
-Assist with food preparation.
-Operating the shop's point-of-sale system
Experience
-Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
-Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-A passion for food and customer service is essential for success in this role.
-English required
-Polish Language is a plus
-Knowledge of the Square POS System is a Plus
-Cooking and Service knowledge is a Plus. We are willing to train the right candidate.
