Experienced Line Cook/Sous Chef with good attitude, chill vibe who can work day to day operations in Country Club Grille Room, Prepare Buffets for 100 plus people for events and Parties, and can do "Fine Dining" Friday Nights for our membership.among other events like Weddings, Anniversaries, etc. This individual will work directly with our Head Chef to arrange scheduling, prepare meals, prep, cook, and oversee the dish and cleaning crew. Looking for a good leader and a team player. Benefits include free Golf and Country Club Membership for the indivdual and his/her family. Pool, Pickleball, Bocce, Tennis, Golf, Gym, and discounted dining. This job will be around 40-45 hours per week max and the club closes on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the summer months. Looking for a clean individual who can lead by example. Long term relationship desired.
