Responsibilities:
1. Welcome, seat guests and provide attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
2. Take and accurately relay customer orders to kitchen staff.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail.
4. Share knowledge for of German dishes, ingredients, and cultural nuances with proficiency.
5. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
6. Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of business.
7. Maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness in dining area.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of German cuisine is a plus, but not required.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.
5. Ability to thrive in a highly fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
6. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
