We are looking for a competent, responsible woman who has the skills to assist with activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, transferring, exercises, laundry. No medications required.
Since we are seeking a very well qualified person, salary will be dependent on experience, skills and ability to assume duties independently. That might mean communicating with Doctors, Therapists and other professionals. Salary is commensurate on skill set, ability and references.
It is a private home, so you will be in a family setting. We'd like a person who learns routines easily, is kind, patient and understands that communicating effectively with patient is very important.
This is a long-term position.
The work will be about 30-35 hours/week and may be increased. We can discuss what works well for both of us.
