ESSENTIAL TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires the Housekeeper to ensure resident apartments and community common areas are cleaned and maintained.
The individual must have a friendly, professional, and energetic personality and have a passion for improving the lives of others.
You should also have the ability to perform housekeeping duties while following sanitation standards and guidelines.
The successful candidate will need to communicate in clear English language with all residents and colleagues.
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
