Office Coordinator for Private ( non-Medicare) Home Care Office in Venice, Florida. This is a Full Time position with benefits-( after 90 days) with starting pay $22.00 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Office Coordinator to join our organization. The Office Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting with staffing processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining effective communication with staff and physician offices.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing coordination, including scheduling and follow-up.
Complete and maintain accurate data entry in company systems. (kantime EMR)
Follow up with physician offices to ensure timely communication and documentation.
Support the on-boarding process for new staff, including follow-up on required documents.
Work with Director of Nursing and Administrator
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Prior home care staffing a must.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
English/Bi-lingual a plus
Proficient in Outlook and Kantime
FDLE background screening
Office in Venice Florida
