We are a private, high-tech, general practice looking to add a DENTAL HYGIENIST to our wonderful team. Our top priority is making our patients feel comfortable and at ease in our chair. Our practice is located in Sarasota, Florida on University Parkway.
MONDAY 8:30-5:00 ( 1 hour lunch from 1:00-2:00 ) Future potential for Friday hours as well!
It would be great if you are familiar with Dentrix and Sidexis, however we are willing to train.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reviewing dental and health history
Screening for oral cancer
Periodontal assessment
Entering Diagnosed treatment and detailed clinical notes into patient charts
Sterilizing instruments and organizing your workspaces
Taking digital radiographs and 3D imaging
Discuss and explain dental procedures with patients using good communication
Schedule future hygiene appointments
