Maintenance Techs: ($18-20)
Maintenance techs are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and completing maintenance requests. Must have experience with Basic plumbing, Minimal appliance repairs, Simple electrical skills . Simple locks, Detailing turnover units. Experience with Hotel, Construction welcome!
