Marine Mechanic (Bradenton/Sarasota) for Boat Rental company
Must have mechanical/marine experience.
A well established boating business (20 years) is looking to hire a marine mechanic to work with our team to maintain and repair the vessels at our locations in Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice, etc. This job has a lot of variety and you must be able to troubleshoot and multitask as you will be working from many locations on different types of boats. Mainly working on outboard Mercury and Yamaha motors. You will be responsible for fuel filters, pumps, spark plugs, electrical, etc. as well as other needed mechanical repairs and aesthetic improvement of the fleet.
Certified marine mechanic degree is a plus
Good customer service skills.
A valid driver's license and able to tow boats.
Clean tidy appearance.
Hard working and honest.
Pay is bi-weekly. 90 day probationary period.
