HELP WANTED! Homeowners Association is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to maintain our buildings, common grounds and pools. Duties include: mowing, weed-whacking, edging, light tree trimming, debris removal, painting, power washing, maintaining equipment. Must be familiar with basic hand tools. The work may be repetitive and physically demanding at times requiring frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, walking & climbing ladders. The ability to read, write and follow instruction is necessary.
