Innovative Contractors is seeking dedicated and reliable laborers/technicians willing to train to join our team.
Duties and Training to include:
Installing valves and piping for Lift Stations, Water Facilities and Sewer systems
Working in confined spaces (Required - Training available)
Able to take initiative
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrate technical mechanical aptitudes
Able to demonstrate sound judgment and good decision-making skills
Able to manipulate 50 pounds on a regular basis, push/pull up to 100 pounds
A clean driving record is required. 40 hrs, Benefits include health insurance, vacation, 401(k) with matching retirement and Holiday pay. We also offer supplemental insurance plans.
Competitive Rate of pay will be based on the experience of the candidate. Sign-on bonus available after completion of probationary period.
