Janitor needed Monday thru Friday from 7:00pm until 11:00pm. For a total of 24 hours per week at $14.00 per hour to start. Pay will increase to $15.00 per hour with Thanksgiving and Christmas off with pay after 90 probationary period. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Dependable, honest, long term and positive attitude is a must. This job is located on South Tamiami Trail. Please provide a working phone number and brief description of any experience you may have. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleans and services restrooms.
Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors.
Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials.
Spot cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Dusts such items as furniture, file cabinets, and windowsills using treated dust mittens, cloths, or hand-cleaning items.
Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies.
