We are a growing electrical construction company seeking dependable, safety-conscious Construction Laborers to support a wide range of projects involving commercial and telecom electrical infrastructure. This is a field-based role involving physical work, travel to job sites, and hands-on support for licensed electricians and project managers.
Responsibilities:
Assist electricians with conduit installation, wire pulls, grounding, and equipment staging
Dig trenches, set up work zones, and perform site cleanup
Operate hand and power tools as directed
Load/unload materials, set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
Follow all site safety protocols and PPE requirements
Support crews with temporary power, panel installation, and generator hookups
Take direction from foremen and senior technicians to complete tasks on time
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math
Prior construction or electrical experience is preferred but not required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn a must
Preferred but Not Required:
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Basic knowledge of NEC and electrical terminology
Experience working around telecom shelters, UPS systems, or generators
