Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with experience in remodeling and construction. The ideal candidate will work on various projects, including soffit installation, siding, and other general handyman tasks. The role requires an individual with a strong background in construction, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of soffits, siding, and other construction-related tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with remodeling projects.
- Perform general handyman tasks such as minor carpentry, painting, and repairs as needed.
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality work.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with clients and the project manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in construction and remodeling work.
- Must own and maintain a set of professional tools required for the job.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or specialized training in construction, carpentry, or related fields.
