Kitchen Remodeling by Design is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter or Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for detail in kitchen installations. You’ll be responsible for executing high-quality remodels, ensuring our clients’ visions come to life with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and other kitchen components with expert craftsmanship.
Ensure all work aligns with design specifications and meets high-quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the installation process.
Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in kitchen remodeling or a related carpentry field.
Expertise in custom cabinetry, countertop installation, and layout adjustments.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret design plans accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch results.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Basic tools for the trade (company can supplement as needed).
