Seeking reliable landscaping and handyman help for miscellaneous home maintenance related tasks. Irrigation system knowledge a plus but not required. I have an ongoing need for about 6-8 flexible hours per week of routine grounds/landscape clean up and maintenance. Paying $25hr on a 1099. Flexible hours and can work around your schedule eves or weekends if needed. Must not mind manual labor and sweating in the Florida heat, or wearing bug spray to keep mosquitos at bay! Must have solid reference(s) from other homeowner/customer(s) or employment supervisors, or anyone else who can speak to reliability or skills.
