Seeking reliable labor/handyman help for miscellaneous home maintenance related tasks for post hurricane clean up of Landscaping and Leaf debris, construction debris, and help pressure washing, painting, etc. I'm open to flexible part time hours, or full time hours, for what is likely about 160 total hours of clean up work needed. Light carpentry skills also a plus. After hurricane clean up is done, I have an ongoing need for about 6 hours per week of routine grounds/landscape clean up and maintenance. Paying $25-$30/hr on a 1099. Flexible hours and can work around your schedule eves or weekends if needed. Must not mind manual labor and sweating in the Florida heat, or wearing bug spray to keep mosquitos at bay! Must have solid reference(s) from other homeowner/customer(s) or employment supervisors, or anyone else who can speak to reliability or skills. I need someone who shows up when they say they are going to show up to work, or at least calls if delayed or need to reschedule.
