Bay Indies, a 55+ Manufactured Home Community, is currently hiring a full time maintenance worker. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and have basic experience working with electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Ideal candidates will have construction helper experience and be comfortable working outdoors during the hot summer time periods. Schedule flexibility is necessary to occasionally handle on-call work or lock-ups on weekends. You need to be willing to handle some light janitorial and landscaping tasks. Working conditions include some outdoor and some indoor work. We offer extremely competitive wage and benefits; including vacation time, sick days, paid holidays, and medical insurance. You will need to pass a National Background Check, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Those with previous experience working with manufactured homes or apartments will quickly adapt to our work environment. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening.
