This job requires that you have some knowledge in many areas. Painting, minor plumbing & electrical repair, HVAC is a plus, able to multitask and at times be thinking outside the box. Problem solving skills is also a big plus. Be able to maintain necessary records and logs as directed, be able to stay on task and keep deadlines, maintain a workplace in a clean, safe and orderly manner, and be able to Respond to emergency situations as they occur. Report all issues to the office or management in a timely manner. Daily work can consist of but not limited to performing work orders from tenants, yard maintenance, safety inspections of the grounds, and getting a vacant apartment ready for the next tenant. Heron Cove is located on East Dearborn St. right behind Walgreens Pharmacy.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
