I need an experienced, think on your feet, person to help me replace guest bathroom mobile home floor. This is a one time gig, but I do have a Handyman Company and need to find someone I can work with on other projects. I have a handicapped roommate, and I need this bathroom for his showering. If we can knock it out in a day or 2 that would be awesome. I pay well for good help. I have been a Real Estate Broker for 34 years, and I pay for experience.
