Seeking someone willing to take care of our home when we are home and when away. Duties would be taking care of swimming pool, Wash a car or boat, Pressure washing, Clean house interior, wash windows, occasional weeding. Just general home maintenance is the best way to explain.
Must be a non-smoker in good health with a clean criminal record and able to pass a drug test. Flexible hours but No nights or weekends. Must be from local area. Part time $13.00/hour to start.
Location is near Biscayne and US-41.
