Lawn Spray Technician & Driver – Job Description
Gardenmasters Lawn Spray Technician –
Application of granular fertilizers to lawn, landscape plants and trees
Lifting of minimum of 50# all day long
Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the use of pest control products
Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment
Participate in company training
Maintain a professional personal appearance
Provide assistance in equipment maintenance and repairs
Take initiative in the field and proactively solve problems
Seek customer referrals
Enjoy working outside
Be willing to work on Saturday if weather conditions during the week dictate it
Be able to read and write the English language proficiently
Have solid analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
Have a valid and non-restricted FL Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record
Be able to pass a drug screening test
Be willing to work overtime if needed. (This is not a regular function of Gardenmasters)
Gardenmasters Driver –
Daily preparation of a spray truck, including fueling, fluid level checks, transmission and brake checks
Daily maintenance as needed of minor repairs to truck and spray equipment
These are in addition to Lawn Spray Technician Duties
