Currently seeking FULL-TIME drivers and laborers for a growing lawn maintenance and landscaping company.
Ideal applicants will have some experience in this field. Bi-Lingual Preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports directly to Foreman
Work with Foreman to ensure the work is completed efficiently
Prune shrubs, remove shrubs and tree debris
Hand pull weeds if necessary
Gather and remove debris or trash from both office & properties
Follow all Safety Policies & Procedures including wearing Personal Protective Equipment(Eye/Ear protection, Work Boots, Hi-Visibility shirt)
Extensive Walking, Squatting, Carrying, and Lifting
MAINTENANCE:
Operation of equipment such as mowers, weed whips, edgers, and blowers
LANDSCAPE:
Operation of equipment such as chainsaws, pull saws, skid steers, chippers, lifts, dump trucks, hedge trimmers, shovels, ladders, etc.
Installation of turf grass, shrubs, trees, flowers, etc.
DRIVERS: (Eligible for a raise once approved as a driver)
Clean driving record with a current and valid drivers license AND a clean driving background
Schedule: Generally, 40 hours Monday - Thursday, but may vary depending on weather. Possibility of overtime may be available on Fridays or Saturdays depending on the needs of the business.
