Full time Janitorial Maintenance Person lor Longboat Key Resort
The candidate must be willing to work a 40 hour work week to include Saturdays, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. To including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash rooms and recycling, making interior and exterior areas of the building sanitary and free of trash and debris. Documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects. Make adjustments and minor repairs. Cooperate with the rest of the staff and follow all health and safety regulations. Attention to detail a must.
