Duties vary on daily, weekly, and monthly basis and fall under general categories below:
Perform maintenance and cleaning duties in all indoor and outdoor common areas.
Perform physical labor, such as lifting, moving /heavy items, standing, and climbing ladders.
Coordinate, track and monitor parking spaces for the residents in the building garage.
Coordinate, track and monitor resident fobs and system, callbox at entrance, and cameras.
Maintain curbside landscaping in the front of the building and minor landscaping duties on the patio.
Assist the manager with troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment and systems.
Assist the manager with maintaining the appropriate level of supplies for assigned projects/duties.
Perform additional maintenance services pertaining to association as assigned by manager.
Submit weekly checklists to the Manager and communicate daily about current projects/duties.
Assist the manager with enforcing contractors to adhere to rules and regulations of the building.
