Lakehouse West is an upscale Retirement Estate in Sarasota, and we have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician, daytime shift.
ESSENTIAL TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not all inclusive but is provided to give a brief overview of typical job requirements.
Be responsible for keeping Lakehouse West in a clean and orderly condition including painting, power washing, etc.
Be responsible to clean, adjust and perform minor repairs to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and auxiliary equipment by performing the following duties.
Proper use of a large variety of hand tools, power tools and other equipment in a safe manner.
To maintain buildings and facilities in good repair including but not limited to: electrical, telephone, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, etc.
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in the maintenance field or similar industry.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Works quickly without compromising quality.
Communicate in a clear and concise manner with all residents and colleagues with proven English language.
