Work full time at a private home on south Siesta Key. 1.5 acre newly landscaped lot requires daily (5 days per week) attention including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, fertilizing of grass, ornamental plantings, palms and trees. Requires basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lawn care, landscaping bed care and home maintenance
Successful candidate:
must have reliable transportation
be able to operate and maintain small motor equipment such as lawn mowers, blowers, pressure washer.
be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
be able to work outside in heat and humidity
will safely and comfortably use ladders
will work well with other staff members to maintain house and yard in top condition
will work independently and efficiently
