We’re hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to drive a large Isuzu truck and run a small crew. This is full-time, physical work outside — perfect for someone in their 20s who’s strong, motivated, and ready for responsibility.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Driving a truck and trailer to job sites
Leading a lawn crew and staying on schedule
Working outdoors in the Florida sun — 9+ hour days
Keeping a positive attitude and setting the tone for your team
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Physically fit and comfortable working in hot weather
Reliable, trustworthy, and a natural leader
Looking for long-term employment
Bilingual is a plus (but not required)
