Flawless Finish Pros, a top-tier painting company known for quality, precision, and professionalism, is seeking experienced painters to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about your craft and take pride in delivering flawless finishes on every project, we want to hear from you!
We have clients from Tampa to Ft. Myers.

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced painters with at least 1-2 years of professional painting experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Transportation preferred but can be arranged for you, if needed, to job sites
- Experience with interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish coats
Preferred Skills (but not required):
- Familiarity with different types of paint and finishes
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques
- Experience with decorative finishes
- Experience with general tools: ladders, scaffold, power tools
- Adequate preparation of areas to paint, especially indoors
- Experience with cabinetry painting
