Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
Pool maintenance
Carry out facilities maintenance duties as needed to support the overall upkeep of the premises
Preventative maintenance
Grounds maintenance, landscaping and repair
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work outdoors
Must be willing to work independently
Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty
Good interpersonal communication skills
Self -motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
Able to plan, organize, and prioritize, projects and time
English speaking
Must be able to pass a background check
