Currently seeking reliable individuals for Outside Grounds/Porter positions in the Venice area. Duties include: Clean up of all exterior grounds of the complex, including trash, breezeways, and parking areas, pressure washing, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, light painting, and light maintenance (NO landscaping). Most positions are temporary and some have the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
Full-time (M-F 8am - 5pm) and part-time (M-F 9am - 2pm) positions available. Pay is $18.00/hour. Could start ASAP!
This position is being offered through our staffing agency and you will be paid once per week, taxes deducted.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a local background check
Must be able to work outside in the heat
Must be available for an interview at our office in Sarasota
