Pools by Roark is seeking a skilled Pool Technician with strong leadership abilities to join our growing team. This is more than just a pool cleaning role—we’re looking for a professional who knows pool equipment inside and out and can take charge as a Manager for our team of technicians.
About the Role
Lead & Train: Manage and mentor a team of pool technicians, ensuring top-notch service for all clients.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, and salt systems.
Field Oversight: Oversee job quality and ensure technicians adhere to company standards.
Customer Interaction: Address client concerns and provide solutions with professionalism.
Qualifications
Pool Equipment Knowledge: Proven experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of pool systems.
Leadership Skills: Prior experience managing or leading a team is a significant advantage.
Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required for insurance purposes.
Dependable & Organized: Ability to manage schedules, track equipment maintenance, and stay on top of company needs.
Background Check: May be required for this role.
