Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys on land and water sites.
Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features.
Report on survey results and present findings to professionals.
Collaborate with professionals.
Transporting and setting up instruments/equipment.
Use Trimble survey instruments.
Assist with loading of equipment, boats, off-road vehicles and Hydrotek.
Field notes: read, write and map.
Requirements:
Previous experience is a plus but will train the right person.
Attention to detail.
Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
A clean driving record and background check.
Withstand weather conditions, rugged terrain and able to swim.
Adhere to safety policies & procedures.
This field position will sometimes require travel throughout Florida. This is a full-time position with paid travel expenses and a per diem allowance for meals.
