Experience with wood framing or rough carpentry a plus.
Subcontractors preferred.
Price list given to installer for communities worked. After 60 days, Subcontractors must have:
- General Liability
- Workers Compensation Exemption
Subcontractor Benefits:
- Flexible hours
- $1,500 – $5,000 every two weeks
- Company shirts (after 90 days)
