Spanish Bilingual receptionist/assistant needed for law firm.
Must be: Spanish Bilingual
High level of proficiency in both Spanish and English, not just basic understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
o Assist Management: Support managers and Lawyers by undertaking administrative tasks.
o Phone Management: As the first point of contact, you'll handle incoming calls professionally and schedule consultation appointments and existing client calls.
o Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in essential computer tasks is crucial.
Errand Coordination: From time to time, you'll step out to handle errands, must have a valid FL Driver’s License and own transportation.
o Financial Support: Managing bill payments and/or remind clients of past due payments
Additional Requirements:
o On occasions be able to answer incoming weekend calls and/or work occasional half days on Saturdays (about once every 1-2 months).
o Basic cleaning: We have a cleaning service that comes in once every other week. Day to day cleaning examples are take out trash, Wipe down surfaces, Replace paper, Vacuum.
Qualifications:
. Proven experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and any/other Microsoft Office Suite applications
. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (As well as in Spanish).
. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
. A reliable and punctual work ethic, demonstrating dependability.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Familiarity with other Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus.
Pay based on experience
Work hours are: Monday to Thursday 9am -5pm & Friday 9:00 am – 4pm
