We are a successful real estate law firm located in Sarasota. We
handle residential and commercial transactions and are looking to
add an experienced real estate closer to our team. Candidates for this
position MUST have: (i) significant closing experience; (ii) strong
written and verbal communication skills; (iii) be extremely well
organized; (iv) have excellent computer skills; (v) be professional,
responsive and dependable; and (vi) be able to take a financed
transaction from contract to close.

will be asked to prepare a settlement statement and administer a mock closing
as part of the interview.
Must be a licensed Florida notary.
